How do I place an international order?
Shop at Kenetrek as you would normally by adding Kenetrek branded products to your cart. When entering shipping address, select the destination country from the drop-down menu. The shipping method will automatically populate all shipping costs from our warehouse in the U.S. to your selected international destination.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit card companies as well as online payment platforms like Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. All transactions are in US Dollars.
What is the delivery time for my order?
We ship via USPS, 3-4 weeks delivery time. UPS Expedited is also available in Canada.
Can I purchase or redeem gift cards?
Unfortunately, gift card purchases and redemption are available only in the U.S.

What is the international return policy?
We will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise. The return must be received within 90-days of the date of purchase and must include the original receipt with the return. A refund will be issued for the price paid in the original form of payment. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges.
How do I return my items? What is the return address for Kenetrek?
~ Prepare your return ~
- Circle the returned item on your packing slip and enclose the packing slip inside your shipping box.
- Attach an address label to the outside of sealed shipping box and ship to Kenetrek with carrier of your choice.
- We recommend selecting a carrier that can provide adequate insurance coverage and a tracking number for your return shipment.
Kenetrek is not responsible for shipping costs or lost returned packages.
