“Boots are the most important part of your gear. Fast forward to last season, ever since getting my Kenetreks I have never had an issue packing out elk. With my “other” boots I would end up with bruises all over the bottom of my feet. I would only pack a single quarter at a time. After I had gotten my Kenetreks never an issue with my feet. I now pack out half the elk at a time which I prefer. Last season I ended up shooting my biggest bull and thanks to my Kenetreks I was able to pack two quarters along with the skull. I can not say enough that the best boots in the world are Kenetrek. Last season I ended up packing out 7 elk, 1 deer, 2 antelope all with my Kenetrek boots. If you want to test boots walk around the mountains of Wyoming with a fully loaded pack that will show you any weakness or hot spots in your boots.
