A Viscoelastic Omega pad supplies extra-soft cushioning in the hollow of the knee, Meniscus wings help relieve pain, and soft "Hoffa" pads below the kneecap relieve pressure on the most common pain spots. "After my second knee replacement I drew a Nevada Bull Elk tag. I needed something for additional knee support. I saw the Gemu knee support in the Kenetrek catalog. I received the support just before I left for the hunt. I hunted for five days and I did not have any pain while hunting. I shot a six point bull using a muzzleloader and packed out the meat. I know I couldn’t have had a successful hunt without the knee support. Thank you Kenetrek for providing the best boots and a knee support that really works."
Good support, needs more size options
"The brace works as advertised and worth the price I paid on sale (20% off). I like it except the fit wasn’t perfect since my calf measure is larger than what GenuTrain offers for my lower thigh measurement. This results in the brace being a little “pinchy” behind my knee. I guess I’m a freak of nature."
Excellent knee support
"I have worn a knee sleeve for 3+ years. The neoprene one I had was adequate, but hot and sweaty in summer. I had seen the GenuTrain knee support in the Kenetrek catalog a year ago, but the price dissuaded me from buying it. I needed a new knee sleeve, so I bought the GenuTrain. It is worth the price. It’s cool, comfortable, and supports the knee on each side and there is a gel cushion which allows me to kneel. Kenetrek had a sale, so I bought a second one. I had my meniscus removed 3 years ago. I use the sleeve to help with hiking and walking. I’m pushing off the knee replacement as long as I can. This knee sleeve is helping immensely!"
