Alaskan and Canadian socks review

"Kenetrek boots are great. They really do not need any break in. My first trip to Montana on a bear hunt had me worried that I had not had enough time to break in my mountian extremes. You know what? I don’t need it. On to the sock. The socks are the perfect compliment to your boots. You can change thickness to give you options for different temperatures. They are comfortable supportive and warm. I use them now when I ski and have been comfortable with non insulated boots down to 10 degrees. Highly recommended. Mike"

Best Hunting Sock

"The Alaska Super Heavyweight over-the -calf sock is the best hunting boot sock I have ever purchased. I have 4 pairs now, the "calf length" is terrific. They have kept my feet/legs toasty warm on hunts in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in Nov. /Dec. and on other hunts in western Ontario and several in the Yukon. Thanks for a great product!"

— WAYNE S. (5/5)

Totally satisfied customer.

"Absolutely the best socks I own. I bought the glacier socks and the Alaska super heavyweight. I love them. My feet stay comfortable and warm all day long. Before you buy another wool sock give kenetrek a chance. You won’t be disappointed."

Great socks for the duck blind

"Alaska socks provide support and warmth for the long days in the field and in the duck blind. I’ve purchased these socks for myself and for gifts for family and hunting friends. The grateful responses usually come after the following hunting season with a question for the website where they can purchase more soaks. Thanks for this quality product."

"I love all the socks from Kenetrek. Have been wearing them this past year in varying terrain and weather. Steep Mountains of New Zealand to the thick woods of Idaho and the sage brush as well. Snow, Rain and heat they have all performed great."

Warmest socks I’ve ever owned

"I tried a number of socks to keep my feet warm. These are by far the best I’ve found in terms of warmth and comfortable"

— Erich C. (5/5)

Long in the foot

"Love the construction of these socks but they are a bit long heel to toe. I ordered according to my actual size. I have worn them for a few miles of hiking and overall OK comfort."
